My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room was clean, tidy, and spacious, but the size was a bit too small for my liking. The service was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making my stay pleasant, but the dining experience was only okay. The location was excellent for exploring Dublin City center, but the price for dining was a disappointment.

I initially found the hotel to be quite chilly, especially in the rooms and seating area of the bar due to a constant draught from the front door that wouldn't close properly. The amenities provided like the coffee machine, tea making facilities, iron, ironing board, and hairdryer were convenient, but the room is in desperate need of repairs. Despite these issues, my first impression upon arriving in the evening was decent.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were very cold as was the whole building. The seating area in the bar had a constant cold draught from the front door which would not close properly. Amenities included a coffee machine, tea making facilities, iron, ironing board, and hairdryer. The room seemed okay when I first arrived in the evening.
Service
9.0
The staff were welcoming, helpful, and good-humored. They were consistently courteous and helpful, even accommodating our husky when other 'pet-friendly' places had restrictions based on size or weight. They efficiently handled any requests or issues that arose.
Location
10.0
The hotel's location is excellent, only a short 4-minute walk from the Stephens Green shopping mall. It's superbly central, making it ideal if you want to be close to St Stephen's Green or Grafton Street. Additionally, it's within walking distance of 99% of the most important Dublin sites.
Dining
8.0
The dining experience was fantastic. The cafe offered great seasonal dishes, but the service didn't start until 7.30 am and was not up to the same standards as the other services in the hotel.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities require attention as the room is in desperate need of repairs. Despite that, the hotel offers room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, grocery shopping service, laundry, and a welcome drink.

I must say, this hotel was a pleasant surprise located right in the heart of Dublin! The rooms were cozy with a huge bed, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with directions. The location was superb, just off Stephens Green and within walking distance of all the main attractions in Central Dublin. However, the dining experience left much to be desired as the food was lukewarm and lacking variety for my taste.
